zukunftsangst

this sculpture is conceived of acoustic wave forms of a recording of the word zukunftsangst (anxiety about the future). it represents the attempt to materialize the sculptural characteristics of sound when flowing through space into a respective visual effigy. zukunftsangst could additionally be considered a portrait of blixa bargeld, who originally spoke the word that has been solidified here.
